Refund policy

First purchase

If Syntalume is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your first Syntalume subscription purchase. You do not need to provide a reason. This first-purchase guarantee does not restart when you cancel and buy again.

Renewals

Renewal refunds are reviewed individually. Contact us promptly with the order details and explain the circumstances. Canceling future renewal does not itself issue a refund for a previous charge.

Request a refund

Email support@syntalume.dev using the email address associated with the purchase, or include the order reference from your receipt. Do not send a card number or license key. Polar, our merchant of record, processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies.

Access after a refund

A fully refunded subscription is ended and its associated license access is revoked. The editor then disables licensed features and restores default appearance where Syntalume was selected. This does not delete your source files. A partial refund, if separately agreed, does not by itself define a new access period; we will explain its effect when resolving the request.

Your rights

This policy is offered by Mbanwi Ventures LLC, doing business as Syntalume. It does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights or your card issuer’s dispute process. Polar’s Checkout Buyer Terms also apply to purchases processed by Polar.
